Location: Milwaukee, WI Corporate; hybrid

Salary: $81,280–$121,920 per year

What you will do

• Consult on complex compliance and supervision topics, research issues, coordinate questions, and support timely resolution.
• Gather and communicate information to support a consistent cross-network office experience and improve workflows for cross-territory challenges.
• Contribute to compliance strategies, policies, operational improvements, and broader business initiatives.
• Facilitate communication across compliance teams, business partners, and field stakeholders on compliance priorities and risks.
• Support targeted training, guidance, annual training, and attestation monitoring based on data trends, industry changes, and evolving risks.
• Support contracting workflows, staff compensation processes, and transaction reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial services compliance, supervision, risk management, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of compliance regulations, supervision practices, and risk management processes.
• Understanding of field structures, business operations, and stakeholder roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses are required; fingerprinting is required.
