Sr Business Product Manager – Brokerage Product Management

Location: Onsite in Westlake, TX; Austin, TX; Orlando, FL; or Phoenix, AZ. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: USD $102,000–$170,000 per year, plus potential bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Manage assigned core brokerage account products, including product strategy inputs, product health, documentation, and enhancement prioritization.
• Maintain client-facing and internal product materials, forms, account applications, agreements, and knowledge content.
• Monitor product performance, client and field feedback, operational issues, competitive trends, and regulatory developments.
• Lead product health reviews and competitive gap assessments, converting findings into recommendations, business cases, and roadmap opportunities.
• Develop and manage roadmap inputs while balancing client impact, business value, risk, regulatory requirements, and execution feasibility.
• Represent the product line in cross-functional initiatives, identify risks and dependencies, and drive alignment across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, financial services, brokerage, wealth management, or a related business role.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, roadmap development, prioritization, business case development, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Technology, Marketing, Service, and field-facing teams.
• Experience with regulated products, control environments, or compliance-driven change.
• Knowledge of brokerage account products, including individual, organization, trust, estate, or other complex account types.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, organizational, and influence-without-authority skills.
