Technical Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own platform features from intake and scoping through requirements, development, demos, launch, and follow-up.
• Partner with the CTO and Head of AI Product to prioritize work, define scope and non-goals, and maintain clear delivery plans.
• Translate customer, clinical, operational, and research needs into product requirements, PRDs, designs, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Define quality standards, rubrics, evaluations, and annotation workflows that are consistent, humane, auditable, and measurable.
• Coordinate engineering, research, sales, policy, legal, data science, and delivery teams around product decisions and tradeoffs.
• Establish feedback loops with customers, domain experts, Post Sales Support, and AI Labs Services Delivery to inform the roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a technical product manager, technical program manager, or product-minded engineer building software, data, or AI platforms.
• Technical depth sufficient to reason about code, system design, data models, APIs, data schemas, evaluation metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience shipping an evaluation or benchmarking system, red-team or safety-testing tooling, annotation pipeline, dataset platform, or data-processing platform.
• Fluency with the modern AI application stack, including LLM orchestration, retrieval, evaluation pipelines, and monitoring.
• Experience with version control, feature flags, CI, and issue tracking tools such as Linear.
• Ability to work with high-stakes subject matter and translate ambiguity into precise, buildable requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in Trust & Safety, responsible AI, applied research, or other high-stakes or regulated domains.
• Experience turning taxonomies and rubrics into repeatable evaluation workflows.
• Familiarity with reinforcement-learning environments, reward modeling, or agent evaluation harnesses.
