What you will do

• Define and execute the technology and innovation strategy for Talent Development aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the AI strategy by identifying opportunities for Generative AI, intelligent automation, and AI agents across the learning lifecycle.
• Own the roadmap, governance, and optimization of the learning technology ecosystem, including LMS and LXP.
• Partner with People Insights & Solution Design to strengthen learning analytics, reporting, and success metrics.
• Coach and enable instructional designers and program managers to effectively leverage AI and learning technologies.
• Apply product management principles and human-centered design to deliver scalable, intuitive learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Technologies, Education, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience leading learning technology or product management within a global technology organization.
• Deep expertise in modern learning ecosystems (LMS/LXP), learning analytics, and digital learning tools.
• Proven experience applying Generative AI to learning, knowledge management, or employee experience.
• Strong understanding of learning science, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a global SaaS or technology company.
• Experience managing platforms such as Docebo, Cornerstone, Degreed, or Absorb.
• Familiarity with LLMs, xAPI/LRS, skills taxonomies, and personalization engines.
• Experience leading organizational AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
