Salary: $122,000–$253,000 per year, based on qualifications, relevant experience, and expertise.

What you will do

• Integrate and coordinate staffing, technical, facilities, logistics, security, and customer-priority activities for the Maverick Program.
• Track schedules, resources, dependencies, requirements, risks, action items, and operational metrics across multiple functional areas.
• Coordinate workforce planning, onboarding, personnel movements, surge support, and resource forecasting.
• Serve as the operational interface between program leadership, functional managers, subcontractors, government stakeholders, and customers.
• Facilitate planning sessions, operational reviews, and cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and maintain mission continuity.
• Support financial and resource planning while ensuring compliance with security requirements, contractual obligations, and program procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, program management, operations management, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline; alternatively, 15 years of progressive government contracting experience.
• At least 8 years of experience supporting government, Intelligence Community, or national security programs.
• Experience managing complex operations across multiple functional disciplines, including staffing, technical, facilities, logistics, security, and administrative support.
• Experience leading subcontractor performance management and contract execution activities.
• Strong knowledge of program management principles, requirements management, workforce planning, and operational integration.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; polygraph experience is preferred.

• PMP certification.
• Experience supporting classified Intelligence Community programs.
• Experience with integrated master schedules, project management tools, and performance reporting.
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams and multi-contractor environments.
• Knowledge of federal contracting, task order execution, and subcontract management practices.
