Operations Manager (Program Management)

What you will do

• Synchronize staffing, technical, facilities, logistics, and security activities to ensure program execution.
• Lead requirements management and maintain operational metrics, risk registers, and dependency logs.
• Serve as the primary operational interface between program leadership, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor performance, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and integrated planning sessions to resolve operational challenges.
• Support financial and resource planning through workforce utilization tracking and forecasting.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required (Polygraph preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or 15 years of progressive government contracting experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience supporting government, Intelligence Community, or national security programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex operational activities and subcontractor performance.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, workforce planning, and operational integration.
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience supporting classified Intelligence Community programs.
• Knowledge of federal contracting and task order execution.
• Experience with integrated master schedules and project management tools.
