What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary and family practice care.
• Deliver preventive care, routine wellness visits, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Work autonomously at the top of the license while maintaining a strong focus on patient outcomes.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Participate in provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.

Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
