Thought Leader Liaison, West (Neuroscience)

Location: Cambridge, United States; field-based territory covering NM, AZ, CA, NV, CO, UT, WY, MT, ID, OR, and WA

Salary: $190,000–$235,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for short-term incentives.

What you will do

• Execute the regional key thought leader engagement strategy across hirify.global’s Neuroscience portfolio.
• Build relationships with established and emerging thought leaders, major institutions, large practices, and professional societies.
• Generate actionable insights on treatment decisions, competition, access, and reimbursement, and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Lead advisory boards, consulting engagements, regional meetings, peer-to-peer programs, and congress engagement plans.
• Coordinate regional and national initiatives with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Value & Access teams.
• Support residency and fellowship engagement, Centers of Excellence development, Dysport education, and priority-account engagement.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, especially in marketing, customer-facing, or external engagement roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build complex thought leader relationships and communicate with senior external and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities, and delivering against defined KPIs.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and travel extensively across the assigned territory and to national and regional conferences.

Nice to have

• Experience in neuroscience or the neurotoxin space and existing relationships with key thought leaders.
• Launch experience and experience working across regional field teams.
• Engagement with professional societies and academic institutions.
• Residence close to a major airport.
