Senior Medical Science Liaison (Neuroimmunology)

Location: Field-based role with preferred residence in Nevada, Utah, or Colorado. Business travel by air or car is required for up to 70% of the time. Relocation benefits are not available.

Salary: $161,300–$299,500 per year, plus potential discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide clinical and health economic information about approved and pipeline medicines in neuroimmunology.
• Engage healthcare providers, population health decision makers, and patients within the assigned region.
• Build relationships with scientific and medical customers and identify evolving healthcare trends.
• Collaborate with regional partners to co-create and deliver local medical strategy.
• Discuss value, cost of care, adverse-event management, and patient outcomes.
• Maintain continuous therapeutic-area learning and follow applicable guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Advanced clinical or science degree such as MD, PharmD, PhD, MSN, NP, or PA; BSN candidates require extensive field medical experience with a pharmaceutical company.
• At least 3 years of related clinical, managed care, or industry experience.
• Proficiency in Good Clinical Practice and ICH requirements.
• Relevant therapeutic-area knowledge and understanding of product and safety profiles.
• Familiarity with managed care, health economics, reimbursement, and the legal and regulatory landscape of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Ability to travel regularly and use a company-provided vehicle; motor vehicle records may be checked.

Nice to have

• Previous field medical science liaison experience.
• At least one year of clinical or health economic research experience.
• At least one year of experience in the relevant therapeutic area.
• In-depth knowledge of Phase IV and post-marketing drug development.
