Sr. Associate Project Manager (SAP)

Location: Remote in Brazil

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in SAP program or project management.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and at least one functional domain, such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or HCM.
• Ability to discuss technology concepts, trade-offs, and opportunities related to ECC, S/4HANA, ABAP, Basis, and Security.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects using Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project and communication management tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, and MS Office.
• Fluent Portuguese and English required. Spanish is an advantage.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Bachelor’s degree; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

What you will do

• Assist with defining project scope, goals, deliverables, plans, schedules, and communications.
• Support the complete lifecycle of ERP projects, including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation.
• Coordinate internal and external subject matter experts and onshore and offshore project resources.
• Communicate project expectations and facilitate regular progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Track schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, critical paths, governance, and project metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
