FDE Team Lead and Architect (AI)

Location: United States; up to 15% travel may be required.

Salary: $97,600–$164,492 base salary annually for US-based employees. Additional bonus or role-specific commission and potential equity participation may apply.

What you will do

• Manage a small team of Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Participate in sales processes and collaborate with direct and channel sales teams.
• Discover customer requirements and align hirify.global solutions to those requirements using AI tooling.
• Lead onsite and remote foundational implementation engagements, including proof-of-value implementations.
• Educate customers on product architecture, functional design, and implementation best practices.
• Design agentic technology solutions and collaborate with sales, product, professional services, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm, including 5+ years in software implementation or pre-sales.
• Experience in software development, implementation, configuration, and leading or managing software engineers or architects.
• Strong client and partner communication skills.
• Working knowledge of web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, directories, and modern SaaS architecture.
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Kiro, Google Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and React; familiarity with Java, XML, Python, SQL, PowerShell, and AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with identity, governance, and access management solutions.
• Experience with Windows or Unix platforms, relational or NoSQL databases, LDAP or Active Directory, ERP or service management systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or related identity management products and vendors.
• Experience with AI and machine learning concepts, project management, quality assurance, security software, or IT audit.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree, relevant certifications, or equivalent experience.
