What you will do

• Coordinate editorial, production, design, and marketing teams for live events.
• Research and produce event segments, on-stage conversations, off-stage activations, and video projects.
• Manage editorial production deliverables, including travel arrangements, connection tests, copy editing, and graphics.
• Bridge editorial and marketing teams on video production and audience strategy.
• Edit short-form news video clips for audience growth and content discovery.
• Champion effective use of AI for problem-solving, workflows, and storytelling.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional newsroom experience.
• Strong research, writing, and production skills.
• Experience editing video clips, writing copy for digital platforms, and managing social media accounts.
• Knowledge of and passion for live events and issues shaping the future.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain rigorous attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work extended schedules.
