Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end editing for internal projects, including sales demos, product launches, customer case studies, and recruiting sizzle reels.
• Execute all post-production tasks, including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and B-roll integration.
• Develop and maintain editing SOPs and templates to enable the media function to scale.
• Perform quality control on video output from external vendors and contractors to ensure brand consistency.
• Track and report on video performance metrics to derive insights for future content decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience editing internal, corporate, or B2B video content with the ability to tailor tone for different audiences.
• Proficiency in color correction, audio enhancement, and sound design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be based onsite in San Francisco, California
