What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care while practicing at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, routine wellness services, health education, and chronic disease management.
• Conduct urgent visits and support comprehensive patient care.
• Work autonomously with access to clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Focus on health outcomes through longer appointments and smaller patient panels rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience with wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits preferred.
