Oracle Architect (Oracle)

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey; day-one onsite with a hybrid schedule

Salary: $99,712–$168,716 yearly, with potential additional variable compensation, bonuses, or commissions.

What you will do

• Design and develop Oracle procedures, functions, triggers, packages, views, and materialized views using advanced Oracle features.
• Build batch ETL and real-time stream-processing solutions with Python, Oracle, and Unix.
• Load, cleanse, transform, and model large datasets from multiple vendors.
• Perform logical and physical database design, dependency analysis, risk analysis, and SQL/PL/SQL performance tuning.
• Create Unix shell scripts, SQL*Loader control files, automated batch processes, and operational reports.
• Prepare technical specifications, data mappings, program logic, flowcharts, and solutions for interface failures while collaborating with product owners, technical teams, and QA.

Requirements

• Advanced Oracle 11g/12 experience, including complex PL/SQL development and strong Oracle performance-tuning skills.
• Experience with ETL processing, data cleansing, data transformation, data loading, and data modeling.
• Strong Unix shell scripting and SQL*Loader experience.
• Ability to communicate technical designs to non-technical stakeholders, product owners, and partners.
• Ability to understand business requirements, review code, identify edge cases, and work with QA and other technology teams.
• Availability to work onsite from day one in Jersey City, New Jersey, on a hybrid basis.
