Hiring ranges: $87,000–$116,000 USD for US Tier 3 locations, $94,000–$125,000 USD for US Tier 2 locations, and $102,000–$136,000 USD for US Tier 1 locations.

What you will do

• Prepare recurring Core Services forecasts in Pigment, validate inputs, reconcile cycles, and document forecast movements and drivers.
• Assemble monthly budget updates covering plan variances, explanations, and open items for budget owners and the COO.
• Partner with Accounting during monthly close by reconciling actuals, accruals, and forecasts and resolving coding and timing issues.
• Maintain position-level headcount tracking and headcount-to-plan bridges in collaboration with People and hiring managers.
• Track vendor, purchase order, commitment, renewal, cloud, and run-rate spending, including anomaly review for consolidated reporting.
• Identify and apply AI and automation opportunities across forecasting, close, and reporting workflows while supporting day-to-day data and reporting requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business unit FP&A, corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or a comparable analytical finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, another quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills with strong attention to formula cleanliness, auditability, and accuracy.
• Experience with enterprise planning tools such as Pigment, Adaptive, or Workday; NetSuite experience is preferred.
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals, accruals, monthly close, variance analysis, and cloud cost or FinOps concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining financial variances to non-finance audiences and managing competing deadlines.

• Experience supporting technical or G&A functions in a shared-services finance environment.
• Experience building finance automations or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with BI tools, SQL, Python, Power Query, or other data querying and programming languages.
