Mid-Level Packaging Designer

Location: Onsite in Everett, Washington, United States

Salary: $33.80–$39.42 per hour, with potential discretionary bonuses or incentives and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Create packaging designs using brand, structural, and layout guidelines.
• Produce digital packaging mockups for internal review and approval.
• Develop, update, and refine packaging templates to improve consistency and workflow efficiency.
• Prepare and optimize print-ready packaging files according to production and vendor specifications.
• Manage files, versions, and documentation across multiple active projects.
• Communicate with internal partners to support accurate, on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Applied Arts degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, layout skills, and/or packaging-related work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a production-driven environment.
• High attention to detail across print and packaging assets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
