Production Designer

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Handle high-volume revisions and technical fixes across digital and packaging layouts under tight turnarounds.
• Adapt master designs into regional templates, aspect ratios, and localized language versions.
• Pre-flight files and identify misalignments, typos, and mechanical errors before handoff.
• Manage multilingual localization assets, including legal and compliance text.
• Keep Figma and Adobe files clean, organized, and structurally sound for vendor handoff.
• Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a production designer, layout artist, or technical graphic designer.
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills, including layers and asset linking.
• Solid understanding of digital production, color spaces, file specifications, and export formats.
• Ability to handle repetitive revision work and high volumes of files without losing accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Irvine, California, United States.

Nice to have

• Figma experience with asset scaling, components, and handoffs.
• Experience managing file versions and revision histories across high-volume projects.
• Experience working in fast-moving teams with frequently changing priorities.
