Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance around four days a week

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop memorable brand storytelling and evolve presentation techniques.
• Create ideas and contribute to competitive design strategies and plans.
• Build and refresh brand identities across brand, design, and packaging projects.
• Deliver creative design solutions that support project goals.
• Collaborate with designers, peers, and partner groups to maintain project design continuity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across brand, design, and packaging design environments.
• Strong packaging design skills and a brand-focused approach.
• Outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and confident collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of current design trends and familiarity with new media technology and software.
• Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating creative solutions and strategic design thinking.
