What you will do

• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across design systems as the company and product grow.
• Design and optimize website experiences, including core pages and campaign landing pages.
• Create high-volume production assets and build scalable template libraries for video thumbnails, social media, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Product, and Marketing teams to improve visual quality and artistic direction.
• Create content with hirify.global and integrate it into design work.
• Support creative development for product launches, feature updates, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of design experience in an agency, in-house, or creative studio environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste and versatile work across web, presentations, and social media.
• Strong command of color, typography, and layout.
• Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience building and managing brand template libraries in Figma.
• Deep expertise in hirify.global, including custom workflows and the node-based ecosystem, plus comfort using AI tools in daily design work.
