Salary: $156,500–$290,100; incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term strategy, operating model, and growth roadmap for the outsourced Procurement Services business.
• Lead procurement operations, service delivery, client success, technology enablement, process optimization, and organizational transformation.
• Own revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, operational KPIs, service-level agreements, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Marketing, Legal, and Operations on solution design, sales pursuits, RFPs, implementations, and market expansion.
• Build executive-level client relationships, lead business reviews and governance meetings, and drive retention, cross-selling, upselling, and client value.
• Lead adoption of automation, analytics, AI, and emerging procurement technologies to improve efficiency, service quality, and margins.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, managed services, consulting, or outsourced business services.
• 5 or more years leading large, multifunctional teams with responsibility for operational performance and talent development.
• Experience building, scaling, or transforming procurement operations or managed services organizations.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgets, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Ability to develop executive-level client relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits, solution design, contract negotiations, and business development.
• Ability to lead through change, drive innovation, and operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, procurement technologies, ERP systems, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
