Senior Director, Vendor Partnerships (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Missouri, Georgia, Massachusetts, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, or Illinois, United States

Salary: $134,600–$249,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop strategic contractual and business relationships with major dental, vision, pharmacy, and transportation vendors.
• Oversee vendor operations, contracts, finances, network adequacy, utilization, quality, and compliance for relationships exceeding $1.2 billion in annual costs.
• Design and execute audits and evaluations of financial and operational performance, including claims, appeals and grievances, and membership operations.
• Ensure vendors meet legal, regulatory, accreditation, contractual, service-level, and performance requirements.
• Manage relationship governance, KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and communications with vendors and internal PLA staff.
• Identify opportunities to expand vendor relationships and manage projects from inception through implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of related business management experience in a managed care environment required.
• At least 10 years of related healthcare management experience managing large business segments and projects.
• Experience managing large vendor relationships in a managed care environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage a team from project inception through implementation and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience overseeing contractual, financial, operational, quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
