Inside Sales Representative (Sales)

Location: Bastrop, Texas, United States; in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Salary: $3,000/month base salary plus uncapped commission; $50K–$70K+ first-year OTE

hirify.global is hiring an inside sales professional to generate revenue through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.

What you will do

• Conduct cold calls, research prospects, and follow up on inbound leads.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and guide prospects toward decisions.
• Schedule meetings and demos using established call scripts and talk tracks.
• Follow up on quotes and proposals while maintaining CRM records.
• Meet call and activity quotas and report on call and lead metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of inside sales experience.
• Clear and professional phone communication.
• Active listening and purposeful questioning skills.
• Confident objection handling and professional written follow-up.
• CRM experience; familiarity with GHL is a plus.
• No degree required.
