Production Analyst - Multi-Family Capital

Location: Calabasas, California, United States; in-office

Base salary: $76,500–$127,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of multifamily property operations to assess proposed loan viability.
• Review financial statements and supporting documents to evaluate transaction risk profiles.
• Analyze and structure transactions for individual properties and portfolios.
• Prepare narratives for Credit and agency submissions, covering transaction structure, sponsorship, financial statements, real estate schedules, expenses, market data, creditworthiness, and underwriting deviations.
• Draft, review, and analyze term sheets and applications for potential transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, credit assessment, quantitative techniques, and risk management.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, decision-making, data gathering, reporting, and communication skills.
• Must work in the Calabasas office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
