SAP S/4 Tech Change Senior Manager (AI)

Salary: $121,400–$237,360 per year base compensation, with potential additional variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA, digital transformation, and organizational change programs.
• Own end-to-end Organizational Change Management delivery, including impact assessment, operating model design, role redesign, training, communications, and deployment readiness.
• Align business process and value stream transformation with organizational design, workforce capabilities, and new ways of working.
• Guide cross-functional teams through cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization while supporting adoption and business continuity.
• Advise client executives on transformation governance, organizational readiness, risk mitigation, and change leadership.
• Drive account growth, develop proposals, support sales pursuits, and coach consulting teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading organizational change, business transformation, and digital transformation programs.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or enterprise-wide transformation programs with accountability for strategy, delivery, and client outcomes.
• Experience managing C-suite stakeholders, program sponsors, multidisciplinary teams, and large System Integrator-led environments.
• Experience developing change strategies for AI, generative AI, and emerging technologies, including workforce readiness, governance, and organizational impact management.
• Expertise in organizational design, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption measurement, and value realization.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.

Nice to have

• Prosci, SAP, PMP, Agile, or Change Management certifications.
• Experience with WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, Whatfix, or similar digital adoption platforms.
