hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Perform Quality of Earnings reviews, financial due diligence, and other transaction advisory services for merger and acquisition engagements.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and build accurate financial statement models under tight deadlines.
• Collect and analyze financial data to identify reporting errors, key accounting policies, and issues affecting transaction value or client risk.
• Prepare detailed analyses and reports for clients and their advisors.
• Support multiple engagements on time and within budget while communicating progress and findings to supervisors.
• Complete assigned engagement work consistently and accurately; begin directing small Quality of Earnings projects at the two-year level.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• General knowledge of accounting principles, relevant regulations, financial markets, and financial data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Windows and Office, and Pfx Engagement.
• Ability to perform accurate analysis and meet demanding deadlines.

• Exposure to financial statement preparation, audits, and reviews.
• Progress toward the CFA, CPA, another postgraduate degree, or a relevant industry or service certification.
