Senior Institutional Services Automation Quality Control Analyst (QA Automation)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts for web, API, and mobile applications.
• Translate product requirements and acceptance criteria into comprehensive functional and non-functional test coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure efficient execution throughout the development lifecycle.
• Report defects, verify fixes, analyze test failures, and assist developers with debugging.
• Prepare test data and environments, maintain automation documentation, and publish traceable execution reports.
• Support production validation and system stability for Cash & Trading capabilities, including Trust Accounting Platform services and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus at least 2 years of software quality assurance and control experience; alternatively, 6 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 2 years in software QA and control.
• Experience creating and maintaining test scripts for desktop, web, API, or web services testing.
• Strong programming skills in one or more relevant languages.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, agile development, DevOps practices, and defect tracking systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA.

Nice to have

• At least 7 years of software quality assurance and control experience.
• Experience testing cloud-based applications and APIs, performance and load testing, or security testing.
• Cash & Trading domain expertise, including Trust Accounting Platform ecosystems, client reporting, statement generation, and operational reporting.
• Exposure to fintech platforms, modern integration patterns, AI-assisted testing, intelligent automation, or test data generation.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
