Retail Allocator - EMEA (Retail)

What you will do

• Execute daily and weekly inventory allocations and replenishment across owned EMEA retail stores.
• Monitor store performance, stock levels, sell-through, weeks of supply, aged stock, and slow-moving inventory.
• Allocate launches, seasonal collections, replenishment inventory, and promotional products based on demand forecasts and commercial priorities.
• Coordinate with Planning, Buying, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and Distribution teams on assortment, shipments, transfers, and inventory flow.
• Support new store openings through initial inventory allocations and replenishment strategies.
• Produce allocation reporting, maintain planning-system data and parameters, and improve processes through automation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in allocation, merchandise planning, inventory management, or retail planning.
• Experience supporting a multi-store retail business, preferably in fashion, apparel, luxury, or consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of retail inventory management, replenishment, allocation strategies, and stock optimization.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP, allocation, or planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and collaborate cross-functionally.
