Junior Demand Planner (Retail)

Location: Greater London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with Tuesday–Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remotely. Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Maintain and update inventory and sales performance reports covering inbound deliveries, stock levels, and out-of-stock risks.
• Monitor inventory and provide actionable insights to improve stock availability, meet sales and margin targets, and reduce excess inventory.
• Prepare SKU-level demand forecasts and update plans using actual performance and market trends.
• Perform hindsight and performance analysis to identify learnings for future planning cycles.
• Track order status with Wholesale Operations and Supply Chain teams to support timely delivery to wholesale partners.
• Collaborate with Wholesale Sales, Buying, Finance, and Inventory Management on seasonal and in-season inventory needs.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Buying, or Merchandising within retail, wholesale, or franchise environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable within a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
• Existing right to work in the UK.
