International Associate Relationship Manager (International Banking)

Salary: $22.00–$32.00 per hour, with possible performance-based incentive compensation

What you will do

• Support International Relationship Managers in servicing commercial clients involved in international trade, cross-border banking, foreign exchange, and treasury management.
• Assist with client presentations, proposals, account reviews, pipeline reports, portfolio monitoring, and relationship planning.
• Support trade services involving letters of credit, documentary collections, trade finance solutions, and international payment requests.
• Research client industries, international trade trends, foreign exchange markets, and economic conditions to support client recommendations.
• Collaborate with credit, treasury management, operations, compliance, and trade services teams on onboarding and client requests.
• Complete training, rotational assignments, development projects, and performance milestones toward advancement into an International Relationship Manager role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of banking, financial services, internship, customer service, sales support, or related experience.
• Interest in international banking, foreign exchange, trade finance, treasury management, or commercial banking.
• Foundational knowledge of business finance, accounting principles, and financial statements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
