What you will do

• Manage relationships with new and existing small-business clients in the $2MM–$10MM segment.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to grow revenue and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identify client opportunities and present relevant hirify.global products and services.
• Build internal, community, and industry relationships to acquire clients and improve customer experience.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of credit fundamentals, credit processes, financial analysis, and credit products.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, selling, prospecting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage risk and work with client financial information.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
