- Support multiple construction-industry clients across daily, weekly, and monthly accounting activities.
- Process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
- Prepare financial statements during month-end processing.
- Coordinate and complete bank, credit card, prepaid, receivables, fixed asset, payables, and accrual reconciliations.
- Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other client-requested quarterly or annual filings.

- Bachelor's degree required; related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
- Accounting and financial experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, accounting software platforms, and charts of accounts.
