Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $80,900–$110,300 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze business, process, and user needs and document system requirements.
• Perform cost/benefit analysis and translate business needs into system requirement specifications.
• Own and coordinate letter configuration workflows in the MHK system from intake through release readiness.
• Coordinate offshore configuration resources, quality reviews, testing, and complete handoff documentation.
• Monitor backlog aging and throughput, resolve issues, and escalate risks or blockers.
• Work occasional night release hours approximately once per month, typically between 11 p.m. and 3 a.m.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working within a resolution team or with software configuration.
• Experience in problem analysis and process management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work remotely from Kentucky with a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required.
