Technical Program Manager (Autonomous Systems C2)

Location: Washington, D.C.; hybrid workplace

Salary: $93,000–$160,000 per year, plus potential restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Drive product deliverables with software engineers, product managers, quality engineers, and business leadership across the full software development cycle.
• Translate product vision and global strategy into concrete technical goals, team tasks, and prioritized issues.
• Track project status, anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and keep delivery on course.
• Improve cross-team collaboration, alignment, communication, and execution efficiency.
• Partner with customer-facing engineering teams on implementation, rollout, and product support.

Requirements

• Relevant technical degree or experience in a software-related field such as systems engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.
• At least 2 years of project or program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing complex software development projects for an enterprise software company or startup.
• Technical proficiency sufficient to engage in technical discussions and learn technical concepts.
• Active US Security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance.
• Strong judgment, composure under pressure, attention to detail, empathy for end users, and relationship-building skills.
