Data & AI Presales Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead Data, Analytics, AI, and GenAI solutioning for strategic sales opportunities.
• Run customer discovery workshops and translate business challenges into scalable technology and delivery solutions.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFIs, executive presentations, architecture reviews, and due diligence sessions.
• Design end-to-end AI architectures and define technology choices, delivery approaches, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Advise customers on high-value AI and analytics use cases across supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, customer analytics, commercial excellence, and operations.
• Support strategic delivery projects, mentor technical teams, and develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, demos, and reference architectures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, software consulting, solution architecture, or technical presales.
• Strong presales experience in Data & AI services and a record of supporting complex sales opportunities and winning engagements.
• Experience leading technical workstreams for RFP, RFI, and proposal processes.
• Ability to design large-scale enterprise solutions and connect business requirements with technical implementation approaches.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS, plus Databricks or modern data platform technologies.
• Fluent English at C1 level required. Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, generative AI, multi-agent systems, knowledge management, MLOps, and LLMOps is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, retail, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, dbt, MLflow, or similar technologies.
• Experience building AI transformation roadmaps or leading advisory engagements in AI adoption, architecture, governance, or transformation.
• Global enterprise customer experience, public speaking, thought leadership, or conference presentation experience.
