Senior Demand Planner (Medtech)

What you will do

• Generate demand plans for manufactured and purchased parts and align capacity with production requirements.
• Prepare, transact, and maintain work orders while ensuring material availability and clear status communication.
• Review demand, production, inventory, aged WIP, purchase order balances, and receipt inspection priorities.
• Coordinate production planning, resource leveling, WIP inventory, material review board, and quarantine activities.
• Maintain ERP parameters, item master data, planner codes, production policies, procurement records, and source lists.
• Partner with R&D, laboratory teams, purchasing, and Product Development Operations to validate technical BOMs, introduce NPI materials, and improve forecasting.

Requirements

• Experience with demand planning, production scheduling, procurement, and raw-material management.
• Experience maintaining ERP planning parameters and supply chain master data.
• Ability to create mathematical models using supply and demand trends.
• Ability to analyze inventory and reduce excess and obsolete stock through vendor returns and stock balancing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional planning activities with production, purchasing, R&D, laboratory, and product development teams.
