Project Manager/Scrum Master

Location: Hybrid in Yonkers, NY, with onsite attendance 3 days per quarter and occasional in-office team meetings. hirify.global can only hire from Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington, DC. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 annually for NY/California locations. Other approved location ranges are $130,000–$150,000 for DMV/Massachusetts and $125,000–$145,000 for Colchester, CT and additional approved CR locations.

What you will do

• Oversee complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects.
• Develop program strategies, business cases, and high-level project plans.
• Coordinate project integration and adjust scope, timelines, and budgets according to business needs.
• Communicate program strategy, goals, and progress to IT and business executives and external partners.
• Track milestones and maintain accountability for schedule, budget, and strategic outcomes.
• Manage JIRA product backlogs and support product development across Digital Product Squads, IT, the Data Office, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for employment in one of the approved U.S. states or Washington, DC.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10–15 years of IT and business industry experience, or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 5 years of project management experience and 3 years of leadership experience.
• Project Management certification.
• Experience with cross-functional program management, dependency management, prioritization, and translating business and technical requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal departments and external vendors.
