Quality Improvement Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; hiring is currently budgeted for Zones A–C only, excluding higher-cost Zone D markets such as San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and San Jose

Salary: $86,410–$113,112 per year

What you will do

• Analyze member satisfaction, quality assurance, escalation, and operational performance trends.
• Translate data into recommendations that improve member experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and visualizations for team and pod performance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, corrective action plans, audit remediation, and compliance-related quality activities.
• Facilitate weekly quality and coaching meetings and support performance management decisions with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with client, operations transformation, workforce management, quality, and leadership teams on service improvements and transitions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in service quality improvement, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations for performance improvement.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in healthcare settings, quality improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, test hypotheses, measure outcomes, and communicate recommendations.
• Strong facilitation, organization, communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• CPHQ or IHI certification.
• Knowledge of member experience metrics.
