Salesforce QA/Test Lead (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead development-related testing for Salesforce applications and integrations across global, multifunctional teams.
• Develop test plans, test strategies, test cases, testing matrices, and end-user documentation.
• Evaluate business requirements and solution summaries to define feasible, user-focused testing approaches.
• Support stakeholders and end users during UAT and other development and testing lifecycle phases.
• Apply testing methodologies and advanced Salesforce technical principles to improve quality and reliability.
• Test new integrations and troubleshoot existing integration issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce testing experience.
• Demonstrated success leading testing for at least one large Salesforce Org.
• Strong understanding of scalable and reliable Salesforce Platform solutions.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to analyze projects, select appropriate testing methodologies, and resolve complex or ambiguous technical issues.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to rapid change.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced QA Lead certification.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience implementing or supporting newly implemented Salesforce Orgs.
• Understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
