Staff Deployment Strategist, Governance & Industry Advisory (Data Governance)

Location: USA-REMOTE; approximately 15–30% travel for customer and prospect onsite visits.

Salary: $122,681–$165,619 per year; the base salary range is specific to the United States.

What you will do

• Diagnose data and AI governance gaps in regulated, high-complexity industries and translate them into hirify.global-backed solutions.
• Advise enterprise stakeholders on governance frameworks, model risk management, data lineage, regulatory reporting, and compliance.
• Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, adoption workshops, enablement activities, and Executive Business Reviews.
• Own end-to-end hirify.global implementations and services engagements from kickoff through defined business outcomes.
• Define KPIs and value measures that connect governance outcomes with measurable business impact.
• Partner with account teams to identify product expansion opportunities arising from demonstrated customer value.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of consulting experience in a lead role, with a record of delivering projects that achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Experience delivering services as part of a software company, including product implementation and customer success.
• Extensive experience with data management, including data governance, data quality, master data management, and/or reference data.
• Expertise in at least one target industry: financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or hospitality and travel.
• Working knowledge of data governance, AI governance, metadata management, and their relationship to platform capabilities.
• Ability to work remotely in the United States and travel approximately 15–30% for onsite customer and prospect visits.
