Test Coordinator/Project Manager

Location: Santa Maria Office in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico; onsite five days a week. Occasional weekend work may be required. Domestic relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Coordinate test planning, milestones, resources, dependencies, and execution across IT projects and portfolios.
• Monitor testing progress, defects, risks, environment readiness, delivery commitments, and overall quality health.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, executive summaries, governance materials, and go/no-go readiness updates.
• Support requirements walkthroughs, traceability, quality reviews, and alignment between testing coverage and business needs.
• Track testing risks, blockers, decisions, action items, and dependencies through resolution.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, testers, application owners, support teams, project teams, and leadership on implementations and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Information, or an equivalent field.
• Advanced English proficiency required for cross-site and global collaboration.
• Experience or strong working knowledge in test coordination, test management, quality assurance, PMO, delivery coordination, IT operations, or related IT delivery support.
• Familiarity with application delivery, testing lifecycles, governance forums, reporting cadences, and structured execution practices.
• Practical exposure to Agile, hybrid, Lean, Six Sigma, or structured project delivery methods.
• Experience supporting end-to-end testing for medium to large technology initiatives and coordinating across business, development, QA, support, and leadership teams.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating testing for large-scale, highly integrated enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with testing governance models and quality metrics for executive reporting.
• Experience working in global or multi-regional IT environments.
• Background in IT leadership, coordination, or functional team leadership.
