Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Salary: €85,000–€115,000 per year; compensation includes up to €110,000 base plus a performance-related bonus.

hirify.global is recruiting for a boutique quantitative trading firm based in Amsterdam and active across global digital asset markets.

What you will do

• Research, develop, and refine systematic trading strategies for market making and short-term opportunities.
• Analyse market data, order book behaviour, fills, and execution performance.
• Test new signals using statistical and quantitative methods.
• Build backtests and simulations before deploying strategies to live trading.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve trading infrastructure and production systems.
• Monitor live performance, optimise execution and risk parameters, and contribute to portfolio construction and new-market expansion.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in quantitative trading, research, or a closely related systematic trading environment.
• Strong understanding of probability, statistics, and quantitative modelling.
• Strong Python skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of market microstructure, liquidity, execution, and trading risk.
• Commercial mindset, strong trading intuition, and ownership of ideas from research through deployment.
• Genuine interest in crypto and digital asset markets.
