Commercial Loan Administrator Sr

Location: Fully onsite in Boise, Idaho

Salary: $23.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison for commercial customers throughout onboarding and ongoing account and loan servicing.
• Partner with commercial relationship teams to collect and review information for underwriting, documentation, and closing of complex C&I, construction, and term loans.
• Prepare, process, monitor, and maintain loan, deposit, and customer files in accordance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with attorneys and financial or legal resources to prepare accurate credit and closing documents.
• Monitor loan ticklers, closing conditions, customer requests, account maintenance, and advances to ensure timely processing.
• Analyze insurance, title policies, UCC searches, construction draws, reconciliations, and GL certification requirements.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of banking, loan administration, and documentation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial lending, complex lending structures, letters of credit, borrower-based lending, phased construction, and multiple collateral properties.
• Experience with real estate construction draw analysis, reconciliation, and disbursement.
• Ability to analyze title insurance commitments, title exceptions, and prepare title and escrow instructions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and business software, including Word and Excel.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
