Senior Product Line Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Christchurch, Dorset, United Kingdom; hybrid working with flexitime and a condensed work week where applicable.

What you will do

• Own the flight recorder product line within the customer-facing organization.
• Work with customers, sales, commercial, engineering, and manufacturing teams to specify system solutions and enhance existing products.
• Develop product-line growth strategies, budgets, business plans, pricing, positioning, forecasts, and market expansion plans.
• Research solutions from internal teams, partners, third parties, or new internal development.
• Build consensus on technology roadmaps, prioritize R&D investments, assess new product opportunities, and lead commercialization efforts.
• Support bids and proposals, sales training, competitive analysis, promotional materials, technical literature, and industry working groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with high-performance embedded system design and defense/aerospace standards.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Appreciation of aircraft avionics systems is beneficial.
• A master's degree is desirable.
