Location: Hybrid role based at the Global Technology Centre in Burgess Hill, United Kingdom, combining remote work with regular on-site attendance.

What you will do

• Shape and drive the commercial direction of EdMonitor, EdPredict, and future data-led products.
• Define product roadmaps and translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, use cases, and journey maps.
• Work with development teams to prioritize features and ensure product delivery creates customer and business value.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Customer Centres, and regional teams on product positioning and go-to-market activity.
• Gather customer insights, support market analysis, and monitor product performance using data, KPIs, and feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Experience with software, data products, or digital solutions.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across teams and regions.
• Experience bridging technical and commercial stakeholders and working with development teams.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
