Product Manager

Location: Must be based in Edinburgh or London

What you will do

• Own a product domain end-to-end, including strategy, user experience, and commercial results.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope, shape, and ship features efficiently.
• Use AI tools like Claude Code to prototype, create PRs, and polish product details.
• Analyze quantitative product data and qualitative user feedback to inform product direction.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to drive feature launch, positioning, and adoption.
• Track performance metrics post-launch to ensure features deliver intended outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Edinburgh or London for hybrid work.
• Strong product ownership experience with a track record of driving domains forward.
• Comfort working close to the codebase, including creating PRs and using AI coding tools.
• Strong design sense with evidence of shaping features from idea to polished experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate effectively with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to use data and user insights to make informed product decisions.
