Product Manager - Dynamic Systems

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. Office-based role in a normal office and factory environment, with intermittent European and international travel.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of dynamic systems products, from concept and development through commercialization and optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap using customer, market, technology, and competitive insights.
• Identify product gaps and growth opportunities by analyzing business drivers and customer needs.
• Create 5P go-to-market plans and support product marketing campaigns, content, and collateral.
• Track customer, commercial, and operational outcomes to demonstrate product value.
• Manage product budgets, costs, value, and pricing across different commercial arenas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or an equivalent qualification; a marketing-related discipline is also considered.
• 3–5 years of product management experience in a similar or relevant industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in an office-based environment, including customer-facing sales scenarios.
• Full UK driver’s license.
• Ability to work in an office and factory environment and travel intermittently across Europe and internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical and material testing products and markets.
• Awareness of emerging technologies in new media and willingness to learn.
