Senior Manufacturing Assembler (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Tempe, Arizona, United States

Salary: $25–$30 per hour

Manufacturing organization developing sensors, controls, actuators, fluid controls, motion control subsystems, and structural components for aerospace, defense, and industrial platforms.

What you will do

• Assemble components into configured products using process instructions, blueprints, drawings, parts lists, and visual aids.
• Set up and operate machines, tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment, hand tools, and test equipment.
• Perform product rework based on test results and standard repair procedures.
• Incorporate Engineering Change Notices into completed assemblies.
• Record measurements, inspect products, and verify compliance with quality standards.
• Train, guide, and support junior assemblers while completing work independently.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing assembly role.
• IPC certification or equivalent experience required.
• Strong soldering and electronic assembly experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation and use hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
