Wiring Harness Assembler (Nuclear)

Location: Middleburg Heights, Ohio, United States; first shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Salary: $22.00–$23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Assemble wire and cable components into final wire and mechanical configurations using process instructions, drawings, blueprints, specialized tooling, fixtures, and hand tools.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operations sheets, and visual aids.
• Prepare cables and wires by stripping insulation, crimping contacts, and potting connectors.
• Verify product quality using dimensional measuring equipment and basic electronic testing equipment.
• Operate laser engraving and assigned production equipment.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use dimensional measuring and basic electronic testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and process worksheets.
• Ability to set up and operate assigned machines and material handling equipment.
• Understanding of product quality and health and safety procedures.
