Location: Dayton, Ohio; must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory. Field-based work across healthcare providers’ offices, clinics, home office, and car, with regular business travel primarily by car. Overnight travel may reach 2–5 nights per month.
Annual base salary: $90,000 for U.S.-based positions, plus eligible incentive compensation.

is a medical device company developing the Omnipod platform and wearable insulin management systems for people with diabetes.
What you will do
- Build clinical partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, diabetes management teams, hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
- Educate healthcare providers on diabetes management, insulin pump therapy, current technologies, and treatment practices.
- Schedule and deliver personalized patient training on the use, care, features, and functionality of products.
- Provide follow-up consultation, troubleshoot device-related questions, and align training with patients’ clinical treatment plans.
- Evaluate and support Certified Pod Trainers, provide product updates, and act as a clinical resource.
- Maintain training metrics in Salesforce, manage administrative operations, and collaborate with territory partners on sales strategy and product adoption.
Requirements
- Associate degree and at least 2 years of related clinical experience.
- Current professional credentials or certifications such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or another relevant clinical credential; state licensure where required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Excellent oral and written communication, influencing, collaboration, and clinical education skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems, execute territory business strategy, and use large data systems, insulin pumps, and continuous glucose monitors.
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 30 lbs. of professional sales samples and literature.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience training in a clinical setting or managing insulin pump patients.
- Commercial experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
