What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, account questions, transactions, and financial products.
• Engage clients, understand their goals, and connect them with the appropriate hirify.global team members.
• Resolve client issues by listening, asking questions, taking accountability, and collaborating on solutions.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

Requirements

• Client service, customer experience, interpersonal communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial products, transaction services, digital literacy, and standards compliance.
• Motivation to achieve goals, learn continuously, and build respectful client relationships.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Must be available to work on-site full-time during the role, despite the part-time 15-hour weekly schedule.
